A 10-year-old girl, Fatima Abdullah Al Kaabi, got to live her dream of becoming a fighter pilot for a day, thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This touching initiative was made possible with the support of the UAE’s Ministry of Defence.

Fatima’s Special Day

Brigadier General Yousef Abdullah Al Kaabi, Commander of the Joint Aviation, and Mona Al Jaber, a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, welcomed Fatima and helped make her wish come true.

Fatima dressed in an official uniform and spent the day alongside Air Force personnel. She participated in exciting activities like touring aircraft, experiencing a flight simulator, and watching basic maneuvers in action.

Her courage and determination left a strong impression on everyone, proving how resilient children can be even when facing health challenges.

This occasion was extra special as it marked the 7,000th wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation, highlighting their continued commitment to making dreams come true.
