Abu Dhabi Police fined 670 individuals for violations during the UAE’s 53rd National Day celebrations, as announced on Wednesday.

The violations included littering and using spray paints on roads. These acts were committed by drivers, passengers, and pedestrians, causing concern over public cleanliness.

According to Article 71 of the Traffic Law, these violations carry a fine of Dh1,000 and add six traffic points to the offender’s record.

Abu Dhabi Police emphasized the need to protect the city’s clean and organized image by avoiding littering from vehicles. They also urged everyone to refrain from irresponsible actions that harm the environment or disrupt public spaces.
