Gifted students in the UAE can unlock their creative potential with the help of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences.
The foundation aims to nurture talent by offering interactive platforms that bring the community together. On December 15, the Talent Development Forum was held, creating a space for students and their families to interact directly with leading talent development experts and specialists.
The event was designed for gifted students participating in the foundation’s programs and their parents.
The forum also focused on building stronger partnerships between the foundation and parents. It provided a platform for productive discussions, allowing parents and the foundation to share experiences and enhance communication. This collaboration ensures the best outcomes for developing the skills of gifted students.
Dr. Mariam Ghawi, Director of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Center for Giftedness and Innovation, highlighted the forum’s importance, stating:
“The Talent Care Forum is a significant step toward achieving the foundation’s goal of supporting parents of gifted students. By enabling parents to help their children reach their potential, we emphasize that nurturing giftedness is a shared responsibility. It requires collaboration between parents, experts, and the foundation. This forum provides an educational platform to improve students’ skills while strengthening parents’ roles as active partners in this journey.”
Parents attending the forum gained valuable knowledge and practical strategies to better understand and support their gifted children, helping them achieve their full potential.
