According to the NCM, today’s weather is expected to be fair to partly cloudy. Some northern and eastern areas may see more clouds due to the presence of low-level clouds.

A video posted by Storm Centre on social media captured light rain in Dubai around 7:17 am, showcasing the cool weather conditions.

Humidity and Winds

The weather department predicts humid conditions starting Wednesday night and continuing into Thursday morning in some internal areas. Winds will be light to moderate, ranging from northwesterly to southwesterly, with speeds between 10-25km/h, occasionally reaching 40km/h.

Sea and Temperature Updates

  • The Arabian Gulf will have rough seas, while the Oman Sea will remain slight to moderate.
  • Temperatures are expected to drop to 5°C in mountainous areas and peak at 29°C in internal regions.

Lowest Temperature Recorded:

On Tuesday, Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest peak, recorded a chilly 4.3°C at 3:15 am, the lowest temperature in the country that day. Despite the cooler conditions, humidity is likely to set in by nightfall and last through Wednesday morning.
