Residents and tourists heading to the Dubai Shopping Festival can now explore a nature-inspired pop-up at Al Marmoom. The event, called “The Uncommon x DSF,” offers free entry with a minimum spend of Dh20.

Open daily from December 20, 2024, to January 12, 2025, between 4 PM and 1 AM, this unique destination promises something for everyone. Whether you’re with family or friends, you can enjoy live music, gaming zones, auto meet-ups, light installations, and exclusive food menus curated just for the occasion.

As part of the DSF Auto Season, the venue will also host special meet-ups for Defender and Bronco clubs on January 3 and January 9, 2025. Adding to the desert ambiance, stunning light installations by artist duo Vendel & De Wolf will illuminate the Al Marmoom landscape, creating a magical atmosphere. Visitors can relax by fire pits and comfortable seating under the desert sky.

For adventure seekers, the pop-up includes a game zone, kids’ play area, and a fun Uncommon maze. On weekends, visitors can enjoy outdoor cinema nights and live oud performances for a cultural touch.

Food enthusiasts can explore a seasonal menu created by Chef Sheikha Hesa Al Khalifa or indulge in delicious treats from BBQ Box, available from December 31 to January 12. Commenting on the culinary offerings, Chef Sheikha Hesa said:

“Our menu is designed to surprise with unique twists on familiar dishes. Each bite is an unexpected delight, offering flavors you won’t find anywhere else. This is a dining experience you won’t want to miss.”

Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of DSF, “The Uncommon x DSF” offers a one-of-a-kind experience for residents and visitors alike.
