Key Requirements
- Specify routes and pick-up/drop-off points in Dubai.
- Passengers in luxury vehicles can only be picked up from Dubai airports.
- Drivers must have permits from the Drivers’ Affairs Department.
- Companies must have no more than four contracts at a time.

- Transporting passengers without a permit incurs heavy fines:
