Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has always been a strong supporter of mental health awareness. Having personally faced depression, she has inspired many to focus on their mental well-being, particularly through her foundation, Live Love Laugh (LLL).

As LLL marks its 10th anniversary, Padukone shared her journey on Instagram, reflecting on her first step towards dedicating her life to raising awareness about mental health and removing the stigma around mental illness.

“Ten years ago today, I took my first step towards dedicating my life to fighting the stigma around mental illness and spreading awareness about mental health. As I look back on this journey, I am excited for what’s next in my mission,” she wrote, marking a decade of impact.

In her professional life, Padukone recently appeared alongside her husband, Ranveer Singh, in Rohit Shetty’s action-packed movie Singham Again. Her upcoming projects include the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film The Intern.
