Weather Update: Rain in Abu Dhabi and Temperature drop in UAE

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has released an updated weather forecast indicating rainfall in Abu Dhabi and a notable drop in temperatures throughout the UAE. The ongoing rain in certain areas has resulted in decreased visibility on the roads, leading the NCM to issue safety alerts for drivers.

The wet conditions in Abu Dhabi and nearby regions are likely to impact traffic, particularly on highways and rural roads. Motorists are advised to be cautious, reduce their speed, and keep a safe distance from other vehicles to prevent accidents. The rain may also create puddles and slippery surfaces, so drivers should remain alert.

In addition to the rain, the UAE is experiencing cooler temperatures, with some regions expected to be chillier than usual. The NCM has also cautioned about possible strong winds that could further reduce visibility and trigger dust storms in certain areas of the country.

Residents are encouraged to stay informed about the latest weather updates and to limit travel during severe weather conditions. Authorities are actively monitoring the situation to ensure public safety.
