Italian tennis sensation Jannik Sinner is set to appear before a sports court in April for an appeal hearing over his doping case. Initially, Sinner had faced allegations after two positive tests for the banned steroid clostebol last year, but the International Tennis Integrity Agency cleared him of all wrongdoings.
