Such weather patterns will continue for days ahead with possibilities of temperatures in the region going down. The people have been asked to remain indoors as much as possible and particularly during the early hours of the morning where the fog will be at its peak.
Farmers in the northern states, that is in the states of Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh are complaining of having low temperatures due to the approaching night. Some plants are actually exposed to dropping temperature that has seen them affected considerably. Their attempts to contain some of their damages have had support from both of the governments.
The authorities are keeping a close watch on the situation and updating the public about the weather conditions. They are advising people to be more cautious, wear warm clothes, and not to venture out unless absolutely necessary during the foggy weather. Emergency services are on high alert to handle any situation that may arise due to the adverse weather conditions.
