Global investment firm Arcapita and logistics giant DSV have joined forces to construct a state-of-the-art sustainable warehouse in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone. This cutting-edge facility is set to revolutionize logistics operations in the region, aligning with Dubai’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

The warehouse will not only be aligned with the stringent environmental standards set by the Green Building Council of Australia but will also be developed with the utmost energy efficiency by incorporating renewable energies. It will stand as a premier logistics solution site, providing the ability to upscale storage and efficient distribution channels across industries.

Construction on the project has already started, and the facility is expected to support Dubai to reinforce its position as a global logistics hub. Strategically located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, the warehouse will cater to the regional as well as international markets, enhancing supply chain efficiency.

This deal therefore shows a growing interest in green infrastructures for logistics operations. Through the integration of Arcapita’s investment capabilities with DSV’s operational competencies, the venture will set the standards of future development of responsible warehousing to the environment.
