WhatsApp has finally rolled out its new feature, ‘Chat Themes,’ which enables users to personalize their chats with pre-set themes that automatically change chat backgrounds, bubble colors, and accents. This much-awaited feature introduces a new and visually appealing experience to messaging.
With ‘Chat Themes,’ one is able to pick from a host of curated styles, from sleek minimalism to bold colorways. The themes work smoothly on individual and group chats, bringing more personalization without having to make manual settings.
In order to enable a chat theme, the users have to simply launch a chat, press on the three-dot menu, go to Chat Settings, and then choose Theme to view the different options available. WhatsApp hopes to continue adding more in the future so that there’s a variety of styles for every mood and taste.
The release is happening now for Android and iOS users all over the world. Meta, the parent firm of WhatsApp, keeps adding new customization features that make messaging dynamic and easy to use.
