With the holy month of Ramadan starting, UAE leaders have sent their warmest wishes to the country and the world Muslim community. The official confirmation is that Saturday, March 1 is the first day of Ramadan in the UAE, and it marks the beginning of a time of spiritual reflection, devotion, and community togetherness.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, expressed their best wishes to the people of the UAE and to the Islamic world. They stressed the values of compassion, generosity, and unity that this holy month represents.

Throughout the UAE, preparations for Ramadan activities are complete, with mosques prepared to greet worshippers during Taraweeh prayers and homes gearing up for the daily fast from sunup to sunset. Public programs, such as Ramadan food donations and philanthropy, show the country’s philosophy of charity and community.

With Ramadan also being a period of introspection and renewal, UAE leaders called on residents to adopt acts of kindness, patience, and gratitude. As the nation unites in prayer and fasting, the UAE continues to be dedicated to fostering peace, harmony, and cultural inclusivity during this blessed month.
