Pravaah, a hassle-free online portal, simplifies regulatory clearances, eliminating bureaucratic red tape and enhancing transparency. Sarthi, an easy-to-use financial literacy tool, equips citizens with vital information on banking, investments, and e-transactions. These efforts have been instrumental in promoting financial inclusion and digital literacy across the country.
The honor was conferred during an international fintech conference, where RBI was commended for the forward-thinking strategy of adopting technology. The central bank was appreciated by industry observers for its initiatives to incorporate digital solutions to increase efficiency, security, and customer experience in India’s financial system.
