A new series of breathtaking photos is commemorating the United Arab Emirates’ breathtaking natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Skilled local photographers have captured a variety of stunning moments, from golden dunes in the desert to bustling souks and peaceful mangroves, presenting a new vision of the country’s special appeal.
The photo series invites the audience to travel through the UAE’s rich geography, with its towering mountains, pristine coastlines, and architectural wonders such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Each photograph captures the region’s vibrant heritage and dynamism of today, merging past and present seamlessly.
In addition to landscapes, the photographers also caught on camera the unposed moments of Emirati life—majlis gatherings, traditional dhow boats, and artisans working at ancient crafts. These photographs emphasize the UAE’s strong affinity with its past and the environment.
This photographic odyssey, now displayed both online and in exhibitions throughout the Emirates, encourages locals and tourists to rediscover the magic of the UAE. The organizers of the project hope that it will foster greater appreciation and protection of the nation’s natural and cultural heritage.
