The program gives inmates access to a wide range of books in different genres with the goal of fostering literacy, knowledge, and personal growth.
The libraries will offer fiction, self-help books, and educational materials to help prisoners develop new abilities and widen their horizons. According to authorities, having access to literature can be extremely beneficial for rehabilitation by encouraging accountability and drive for a brighter future.
