The Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has announced opening of registration for the second version of Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme with an estimated worth of Dh1.1 billion. The scholarship scheme, unveiled as per directions by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, is created with the sole motive of providing talented students an empowerment opportunity of access to first-class academic study prospects in prime educational institutions within the UAE.
The scholarship targets the top 100 academically exceptional Emirati students, promoting future leadership, innovation, and global competitiveness. Applicants will be selected based on their academic achievements, potential for impact, and commitment to the UAE’s vision for a knowledge-based economy. It is part of Dubai’s broader plan to invest in human capital and elevate education standards.
The scholarship entails full tuition fee, educational charges, and has mentorship in place through partnerships with universities, governments, and private institutions. The previous year’s beneficiaries already excel in their respective fields of work, marking milestones in scholarship and community engagement.
Such candidates are invited to apply early using the official KHDA portal on or before the published deadline. The program does not only acknowledge scholarly excellence but also seeks to create a batch of Emirati pioneers able to influence the future of the UAE globally.
