Eid Al-Adha 2025 Travel Boom: UAE Residents Set Sights on Dream Vacations

With Eid al-Adha 2025 looming, UAE residents are setting their sights on big vacations, leading to a steep spike in international travel bookings. Travel operators and online travel agencies are witnessing a surge in bookings for handcrafted holiday experiences, especially from families and female travelers looking for luxurious, hassle-free vacations.

Places like Switzerland, Japan, Turkey, and the Maldives have been the most sought-after destinations, with tourists seeking cold weather, scenic landscapes, and cultural richness. Travel operators indicate that bookings for Europe and Asia have doubled from last year’s Eid season, thanks to the longer holiday duration and early bird offers.

Female-only travel groups and solo travel packages are also picking up steam, with operators introducing customized itineraries with themes of wellness, culture, and adventure. “There is a trend towards empowerment through travel,” says one Dubai-based travel curator. “Women want memorable and safe experiences with like-minded travellers.”

With open travel corridors and visa facilitations for UAE passport holders across much of the globe, Eid this year promises to be a record season for outbound travel. All-inclusive packages are also chosen to make child-free stress experiences easier for families to achieve.
