As part of its strategic move to back its record-breaking expansion, Emirates Airline will be hosting its first-ever walk-in cabin crew recruitment drive in Oman. The Dubai airline is still pushing forward with its expansion and talent pool building on the global scene, with Oman the newest addition to its aggressive recruitment campaign.

The open day is focused on recruiting Omani residents and nationals who aspire to an international career in aviation. Prospective candidates are encouraged to stroll in with their revised CVs, in neat business attire, and prepared to wow the recruitment experts of the airline. Emirates is famous for its multicultural cabin crew, with more than 130 different nationalities represented, and providing attractive wages, travel benefits, and top-class training in Dubai.

With travel demand surging and Emirates growing frequencies and routes across the globe, the requirement for skilled, customer-oriented crew members has never been higher. The airline already introduced similar campaigns in other GCC countries and is now seeking to harness Oman’s talent pool as part of its broader Middle East recruitment drive.

An Emirates spokesperson said, “This is a thrilling milestone as we take career opportunities to aspiring candidates in Oman.” Successful hires will receive intensive training at the Emirates Aviation College, becoming part of a brand that is synonymous with service and safety excellence.”.
