SHARJAH – In a significant convenience improvement for citizens, the Sharjah Police General Command has joined forces with Emirates Post Group to introduce a new service through which motorists can have their driving licences and vehicle registration documents delivered to their doorstep—wherever they are located within the UAE.

This groundbreaking initiative is one of several ongoing efforts by Sharjah Police to increase customer satisfaction and simplify services using smart, accessible solutions. Motorists now can avoid physical trips to service centres and instead choose secure, speedy delivery of documents, cutting down on wait times and enhancing overall efficiency.

The process is straightforward: users can select Emirates Post delivery when applying for a licence or renewing vehicle registration in the online transaction. The documents will then be safely delivered to homes, offices, or even outside the Sharjah emirate—perfect for busy professionals and traveling individuals.

The government states the service is part of an overall trend toward smart governance and digital transformation in the UAE. Residents are invited to utilize official sites in order to benefit from the new service, which aligns with the country’s effort to modernize public services while keeping citizen convenience and accessibility top of mind.
