Djokovic Is Added to Elite Club with 100th ATP Title in Geneva

Novak Djokovic made history after claiming the 100th ATP singles title at the 2025 Geneva Open. In a dramatic finale, the Serbian tennis great defeated Poland’s Hubert Hurkacz with a scoreline of 5–7, 7–6(2), 7–6(2). This triumph puts Djokovic in the league of tennis legends Jimmy Connors and Roger Federer as the only men in the Open Era to have won 100 ATP titles .

The match proved to be one of Djokovic’s determination and resilience. Having lost the first set, he went on to win two successive tiebreakers, demonstrating his mental strength and strategic thinking. The last three hours plus lasted more than three hours, a reflection of the high quality of competition and the stakes .

This title is especially significant for Djokovic, as it is his first tournament victory since winning gold at the Paris Olympics in 2024. He is also 38 years old when he becomes the oldest singles champion in Geneva Open history. This victory is testament to his continued excellence and adaptability on the court.
