The force said most calls were related to traffic, medical emergencies, and safety inquiries, all of which were handled efficiently without disruption.
Brigadier Turki bin Faris, Acting Director of the Command and Control Centre, emphasized that the successful operation during Eid reflects Dubai Police’s preparedness, smart infrastructure, and commitment to community security, even during peak periods. Citizens were also encouraged to use the Dubai Police smart app for faster services.
