The digital transformation is part of the UAE’s national strategy to become a global tech leader in government efficiency. MoHRE’s new system uses artificial intelligence to automate application screening, fraud detection, and permit issuance. The result? According to officials, the streamlined approach benefits both businesses and employees by increasing transparency, providing real-time updates, and enabling for faster decision-making. Users can now manage permits, contracts, and renewals directly from the MoHRE app, website, and affiliated smart service centres.
