The popular Ideal Face campaign, now known as Ideal Face 2, was launched by Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in an effort to encourage responsible behaviour and positive values in both locals and tourists. This year, the campaign will be activated through an interactive booth at Dubai International Airport, offering a dynamic touchpoint for engagement.
Participants will be invited to pledge compliance with residency laws, reinforcing the ethos behind the original launch in late 2024. The booth’s interactive elements are designed to educate travelers, families, and sponsors on the importance of commitment to Dubai’s legal framework.
Participants in the programme can receive rewards similar to those of its predecessor, which honour those who continuously maintain the emirate’s security and stability standards. These rewards include digital recognition certificates, priority service benefits at Amer centres, and special in-home assistance for the elderly.
According to a GDRFA representative, the goal of this interactive airport experience is to reach a wider audience and is consistent with Dubai’s mission of establishing a community that is safe, courteous, and united. Through real-time engagement and awareness-building, Ideal Face 2 reinforces the message that every individual plays a vital role in upholding the city’s reputation—and adds a personal element to legal compliance.
