Over 1.8 million transactions processed in 2025 across 80 branches. Dubai has celebrated the outstanding performance of its top-performing Amer centres, recognising excellence in customer service and efficiency. As part of this initiative, the emirate also unveiled a new award aimed at encouraging even higher standards across the sector.

With over 1.8 million transactions handled in 2025 through 80 Amer branches, the recognition highlights the crucial role these centres play in streamlining visa and residency services for residents, citizens, and businesses.

The recently introduced award will assess centres according to important standards like staff professionalism, processing speed, customer satisfaction, and service innovation. According to officials, this action is in line with Dubai’s continuous goal to improve operational excellence and government service delivery.

The city’s dedication to improving public services’ accessibility, effectiveness, and customer focus was reiterated by officials, who also praised Amer’s role in streamlining interactions with the government.
