2,500 tonnes of relief supplies, including food parcels, milk, flour, dates, and children’s packages, were delivered to Gaza yesterday by a UAE humanitarian vessel docking at Ashdod Port as part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, which was started in November 2023.

The delivery comes while Gaza is experiencing severe food, water, and medical shortages that are endangering the health of displaced people. This supply, according to UAE officials, is intended to “alleviate suffering and support families facing famine”.
