On July 1, 2025, Emirates launched its A350 service to Dammam, the first time its cutting-edge Airbus A350-900 was used in Saudi Arabia. A350 Expands Across the Region
This launch is part of a broader expansion: Emirates is adding A350 service to new destinations including Tunis, Amman, Istanbul, Ho Chi Minh City, Baghdad, and Oslo—all rolling out between June and September 2025. The A350 also recently began daily flights to Muscat.
Comfort at the Cutting Edge
With its three-class configuration, the A350 can carry 312 passengers:
32 seats in Business Class that are lie-flat
21 comfortable seats in Premium Economy
There are 259 roomy seats in Economy Class.
Notable upgrades include the ultra-high resolution ICE 4K entertainment system, high-speed Wi-Fi, electronic window blinds in every cabin, and wireless charging in Business.
Strategic Fleet Shift
With an order of 65 A350-900s, Emirates is transitioning toward mid-size, more fuel-efficient aircraft to better serve emerging markets and optimize operational flexibility. Dammam’s inclusion highlights its importance within the Gulf network.
