The community has a great deal of faith and confidence in Sharjah Police, as evidenced by their remarkable 98% public satisfaction rating. The rating comes from a recent survey that gathered 3,640 responses, showcasing the public’s positive perception of the force’s professionalism, responsiveness, and safety initiatives.

Officials credit the high satisfaction score to ongoing efforts in community policing, swift emergency response, and advanced use of smart technologies. These improvements have helped reduce crime rates and increased the visibility of officers in public spaces, fostering a stronger sense of safety across the emirate.

Additionally, Sharjah Police cited their open lines of communication and community involvement initiatives as major factors in the rating. Initiatives such as awareness campaigns, mobile police services, and multilingual support have helped them connect effectively with a diverse population.

Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director of the Central Operations Sector, emphasized that the force will continue evolving to meet public expectations. “This result inspires us to do more. It’s a reflection of our officers’ dedication and the strong relationship we’ve built with the public,” he said.
