As Tropical Storm Wipha moves closer, the UAE issues an urgent warning to its citizens in Vietnam. The Embassy advises Emiratis to take local precautions due to the serious weather risks. With Tropical Storm Wipha threatening the area with heavy rain, high gusts, and possible flooding, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an urgent warning to all Emirati nationals presently in Vietnam.

Residents Are Encouraged to Remain Alert
The UAE Embassy in Hanoi is keeping a careful eye on the situation and has urged citizens to:

Observe all safety guidelines provided by Vietnamese authorities.

During the storm, stay inside and avoid going to any damaged regions.

To receive updates and emergency assistance, sign up for the UAE’s Tawajudi service.

If you require emergency or evacuation help, get in touch with the embassy right away.

Tropical Storm Wipha has already caused significant disruption in parts of Southeast Asia and is now expected to intensify as it moves toward the Vietnamese coast, potentially bringing landslides, storm surges, and power outages.
