UAE President Expands Global Relief Efforts through Erth Zayed Philanthropies.
The UAE President launches Erth Zayed Philanthropies to further the vision of Sheikh Zayed. His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan signed a Federal Decree that established Erth Zayed Philanthropies. It is referred to as “Erth Zayed.”
The new entity will integrate some of the world’s leading efforts under the patronage of the President. It will greatly impact the UAE’s philanthropic efforts. Erth Zayed Philanthropies is a legacy to continue the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan’s spirit of giving.
The UAE vice president is the chairman of Erth Zayed Philanthropies. He shared his thoughts by saying “The launching of Erth Zayed Philanthropies has increased the impact of philanthropic activities around the globe. It will help to consolidate our humanitarian efforts throughout the world.”
These efforts ensure the growth of the community. The main aim is to assist the poor people who are in dire need of financial help. Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed added that “this new entity reflects a very strong commitment on the side of the UAE”. It puts all the charitable efforts in the UAE to make a difference in the world.
According to Sheikh Theyab Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, “Philanthropy and the spirit of giving are at the very heart of the UAE’s identity. It is deeply connected with Sheikh Zayed’s legacy and the President’s promise. This commitment speaks toward improving lives globally.
This organization looks to build new leadership in global philanthropy for the UAE. Under this will be existing endeavors such as the Zayed Charitable Foundation, and Khalifa Bin Zayed Foundation, amongst others. The UAE aims to help communities, facilitate development, and aid people in need.
All of this falls under the principles of Sheikh Zayed, who served humanity. The foundation will run various programs in different sectors, such as health, education, food security, energy, climate, and social innovation.
