The Dubai Future Foundation’s Dubai Future Academy has launched the “FEEL: A Disruptive Futures Program,”. It will bring together 42 visionary leaders from 15 countries. The program will include an intensive four-week educational experience.

This program includes 33 interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, and engaging panel discussions at the Academy’s cutting-edge headquarters, aimed at enhancing foresight, leadership, and innovation skills among global leaders.

At the launch, H.E. Omar Sultan AlOlama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, welcomed the diverse group. They stressed the need to adapt to fast-paced technological and societal changes.

AlOlama urged participants to use the “FEEL” program as a platform. It will help them improve strategic planning and utilize emerging technologies. This initiative will greatly benefit communities and industries around the globe.

The company has received over 1,500 applications from nearly 100 countries. A thorough selection process led to the final group of influential C-level executives, policymakers, and entrepreneurs.

These leaders come from various sectors such as government, technology, and healthcare. They were selected to help shape the future through innovative thinking and disruptive strategies.

The program features a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Professor Fadel Adib, the recent ‘Great Arab Minds Award’ winner; futurist Paul Saffo; neuroscientist Dr. Steven Novella; cardiologist Dr. Danielle Belardo; and Dr. Hassan Fahad Albalawi. Each one of them contributed to the unique perspectives on leadership, longevity, and next-generation technologies.
