Discover Abu Dhabi’s Free Family Fair This Weekend: Fun, Learning, and Cultural Adventures Await

The Early Childhood Development Fair is organized by Abu Dhabi’s Early Childhood Authority (ECA). It is happening this weekend as part of the ongoing Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Week. This exciting event promises a rich experience for families. It features a wide range of engaging activities. There are over 50 planned workshops to enhance children’s cognitive and physical development.

Event Details:

  • Location: The fair will take place at Umm Al Emarat Park. It is specifically situated in the Great Lawn and Promenade areas. This family-friendly park is located on Al Wars Street in the Mushrif area of Abu Dhabi.
  • Getting There: For those coming from Dubai, the route involves taking E11 and then E10 towards Abu Dhabi. Exit E10 at Shakhbout Bin Sultan Street. Then, visitors should continue along Shakhbout Bin Sultan Street toward Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street. They must follow signs for Ibn Rushd Street, which will lead them to the entrance of Umm Al Emarat Park.
  • Dates and Timings: The fair will run from Thursday, October 31, to Saturday, November 2. It will be open from 10 AM to 10 PM each day.

A Weekend of Curiosity and Learning:

Now in its second year, this edition of the Early Childhood Development Fair carries the theme “Curiosity Can Take You Places.” The focus will be on nurturing curiosity in young minds. Special educational workshops will increase child development. Families can look forward to a variety of activities. These activities include interactive games, storytelling sessions, and creative workshops. These activities aim to stimulating young learners’ imaginations and skills.
