Massive Turnout at Sheikh Zayed Festival in Abu Dhabi

The Sheikh Zayed Festival 2024-2025, taking place in the Al Wathba region of Abu Dhabi emirate, kicked off on November 1 with an impressive display of fireworks, drone shows, and parades. This vibrant festival runs daily from 4 pm to midnight on weekdays and until 1 pm on weekends and official holidays, continuing until February 28, 2025.

Festival Highlights:
Grand Opening:
The festival launched with a spectacular opening that included stunning fireworks, captivating drone shows, and lively parades, attracting large crowds to the Al Wathba area.

Daily Schedule: Open every day from 4 pm to midnight on weekdays and until 1 pm on weekends and official holidays, the festival offers a wide range of activities and entertainment suitable for visitors of all ages.

Patronage and Support: Under the patronage of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the festival receives support from Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, with supervision by Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President and Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee of the Festival.

What to Expect:
Attendees can anticipate a rich cultural experience featuring traditional performances, art exhibitions, and delicious culinary offerings. The festival is designed to celebrate the UAE’s heritage and foster cultural exchange, making it an essential event for both locals and tourists.
