Many expats, especially those who need constant connectivity, prefer postpaid packages that include data services for mobile Internet and local or international call credits. If you’ve already signed up for a postpaid plan, here’s how you can easily manage and settle your monthly bills.

Paying Your du Mobile Bill

For du subscribers, there are several convenient ways to pay your bills, whether online or in person.

Via du Quick Pay

The simplest way to pay your bill is through du’s Quick Pay service. You don’t need to download any apps or create an account. Just visit the du website at www.du.ae, select ‘Consumer’, and click the ‘Quick Pay’ tab. Enter your mobile number, and you’ll be redirected to a payment portal where you can enter your debit or credit card details to settle your bill.

Using the du App

Another easy way to pay is by downloading the du app. Once you log in with your number, you can instantly check your bill details. Simply tap ‘Pay’ and choose your payment method, whether it’s through your card or Apple Pay.

Automated Payments

For those who prefer hassle-free payments, you can link your bank card to your du account for automated monthly payments. Set it up through the app or by logging into your du account online.

Banks and Kiosks

If you want to use cash, you can make payments through ATMs, du’s self-service kiosks, or other popular payment locations across the UAE.

Via Exchange Houses

Many exchange houses, such as Al Ansari Exchange and Al Fardan Exchange, also accept du payments. Just make sure to provide your account number when paying.

Can I Pay Part of My du Bill?

Yes, partial payments are possible. If you choose to use Quick Pay, you can specify how much you want to pay. You can also make partial payments when logged into your du online account.

How to Check Your du Bill Online?

To check your bill, you can either use the du app or visit myaccount.du.ae. Log in with your account credentials, or create a new account if you don’t have one yet.

Paying Your Etisalat by e& Bill

Etisalat by e& also offers various easy payment options, similar to du. Here’s how you can manage your Etisalat bills.

Via Online Quick Pay

Go to etisalat.ae/quickpay, enter your mobile number, and the system will show your bill. You can then either pay the full amount or choose a specific amount to settle, with any remaining balance carried over to your next bill.

Using the e& UAE App

Download the e& UAE app, log in with your number, and you’ll be able to see your bill details. From there, just tap the ‘Pay bills’ button to pay either the full or partial amount.

Autopay Feature

Forgetful about bill payments? Set up autopay and have your bill automatically charged to your card every month. To activate this, log in to your account on etisalat.ae, go to the ‘My Accounts’ section, and click ‘Set up autopay’.

Using e& Money

e& offers a convenient payment option through the e& Money app, which also allows you to send money internationally. After signing up, you can pay your bills directly via this app.

Phone Payments

You can also settle your Etisalat bill by dialing 101 or 125, where you can use the automated payment system.

Banks and Kiosks

Etisalat bill payments can be made at ATMs or online through your bank’s website. Self-service kiosks at Etisalat branches also accept payments.

Via Exchange Houses

Just like du, Etisalat payments can be made at exchange houses like Al Ansari Exchange, UAE Exchange, and Wall Street Exchange.

How to Calculate My First Bill?

When signing up for a postpaid plan, your first bill may only cover the days you’ve used the service. For example, if you join mid-month, you will only pay for the remaining days of that month.

Paying Virgin Mobile Bills

Virgin Mobile users have a straightforward way to pay bills through its app.

Once the app is installed and your card details are added, future payments are automatically deducted. However, you can manually change payment information if needed. If you’re not on autopay, Virgin Mobile will send reminders to ensure your bill is paid on time.
