Ajman Real Estate Certificates Now Accessible via Emirates Digital Wallet

admin

Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation now lets clients register for real estate activities using the Emirates Digital Wallet (EDW). This makes it the first department in Ajman to adopt EDW, showing its push for a sustainable, tech-driven future.

With Emirates Digital Wallet, clients can access secure government documents on one easy-to-use platform, saving time while ensuring up-to-date, reliable data. EDW offers high levels of security and convenience for users.

EDW was created by the UAE Banks Federation in 2014 to reduce cash usage in the UAE. Managed by 15 national banks, EDW operates the “klip” app, enabling digital payments for everyone, whether they have a bank account or not.

The Emirates Digital Wallet stakeholders include major banks like FAB, ADCB, ADIB, Mashreq Bank, and more, making it a trusted solution for secure, digital transactions in the UAE.
