Expo City Dubai has partnered with Live Nation Middle East to elevate its live music and entertainment lineup while championing global environmental causes.

This collaboration will see Live Nation moving its UAE headquarters to Expo City Dubai, where they’ll work together on events and shared goals around sustainability and climate action.

The agreement, signed by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and executives from both Expo City Dubai and Live Nation, highlights Expo City’s commitment to sustainable entertainment. The partnership aligns with Expo City’s master plan and the recent expansion of Dubai Exhibition Centre, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a major event hub.

As a UAE Alliance for Climate Action (UACA) member, Live Nation aligns with Expo City Dubai’s sustainability targets, like achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

Through Live Nation’s Green Nation platform, both partners will lead on climate action by reducing emissions, using renewable energy, minimizing waste, and phasing out single-use plastics, while promoting sustainable options for food and transport.

Amna Abulhoul, Executive Creative Director of Expo City Dubai, shared, “With live music and events in high demand, this partnership with Live Nation is about more than just concerts. We’re shaping meaningful experiences that connect deeply with audiences and leave a positive impact. This collaboration ushers in a new era of sustainable entertainment at Expo City Dubai.”

James Craven, President of Live Nation Middle East, added, “As leaders in live entertainment, we are excited to support communities and address climate change alongside Expo City Dubai. This partnership strengthens our commitment to world-class entertainment and global climate action.”
