Sharjah Hosts ‘Invest in Sharjah’ Conference to Boost Business Ties with Pakistan

In a significant effort to enhance business relations between Pakistan and the UAE, the Pakistan Business Council Sharjah, in partnership with Invest in Sharjah. They are organizing the first-ever ‘Invest in Sharjah’ conference on November 21. This event will host 100 prominent investors from Pakistan, representing a vital step towards boosting foreign investment in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The roundtable conference will concentrate on investment opportunities across various sectors in Sharjah, highlighting the emirate’s potential as a center for business development. The event aims to connect Pakistani entrepreneurs with Sharjah’s business landscape, providing valuable networking opportunities and insights into the local market.

Additionally, the Pakistan Business Council Sharjah announced its newly appointed office bearers. Dr. SM Tahir will serve as Chairman, while Syed Saleem Akhtar and Aamir Hassan will take on the roles of First and Second Vice Chairmen, respectively. The new leadership is focused on enhancing the council’s efforts to promote bilateral business relations.

Moreover, key individuals such as Salman Wasal Muhammad, the new Secretary General, and Khalid Hussain Chaudhry, Director of the Advisory Board, will spearhead the council’s strategic initiatives. The ‘Invest in Sharjah’ conference is anticipated to be a crucial platform for establishing valuable partnerships and fostering mutual economic growth between Pakistan and the UAE.
