In a significant step to enhance the health and well-being of students and staff, the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) has formed an official partnership with Burjeel Holdings. This collaboration, established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to provide a variety of specialized healthcare services to Ministry employees and students throughout the UAE.
The agreement was signed at the Ministry’s headquarters in Dubai, with notable attendees including Sarah Al Amiri, Minister of Education, and Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Founder and Chairman of Burjeel Holdings. As part of this partnership, Burjeel Holdings will expand its ‘IFHAS’ program, which will deliver comprehensive health checks for Ministry employees and their families, focusing on the early detection and prevention of chronic diseases.
Moreover, the initiative will introduce fitness assessments and vaccination services for students at all educational levels, ensuring that children across the nation receive the necessary medical care to maintain their health. This collaboration represents a crucial advancement in providing proactive healthcare services that support long-term wellness and prevention for both the educational workforce and the student population in the UAE.
This partnership not only reinforces the Ministry of Education’s dedication to the health of its community but also establishes Burjeel Holdings as a vital contributor to enhancing healthcare access throughout the nation. By working together, the program aims to make a positive difference in the physical well-being of students and their families across the UAE.
