Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a phone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday. The discussion centered on key regional issues, including the situations in Gaza and Lebanon.

Both leaders reviewed ongoing political and diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving a ceasefire to promote stability and security in the region.

The call also covered international efforts to address humanitarian challenges in Gaza and Sudan. They discussed ways to enhance the global response to help civilians affected by the crises.

The conversation followed the UAE’s recent announcement identifying suspects in the murder of Israeli-Moldovan citizen Zvi Kogan. Authorities confirmed their commitment to uncovering the crime’s details and motives.

Sheikh Abdullah emphasized the UAE’s capability to swiftly arrest the perpetrators and its firm stance against any threats to the country’s security and coexistence.
