Salik, the toll-gate operator listed on the DFM, has reached a new milestone by expanding its services beyond Dubai through a strategic partnership with Parkonic, one of the largest privately owned parking operators in the UAE. This collaboration is a significant advancement in Salik’s mission to improve mobility and convenience for commuters throughout the UAE.

As part of the 5-year agreement, Parkonic will incorporate Salik’s eWallet system into its network of 107 parking locations across the UAE, with plans for future expansions. This innovative approach enables users to simplify their parking payments using the same reliable platform they trust for Dubai’s toll-gate system.

Salik’s expansion highlights its dedication to utilizing digital solutions to provide seamless experiences for customers, enhancing efficiency and connectivity beyond its traditional operations. “This partnership embodies our vision to transform transportation services into a more integrated and accessible framework,” stated a spokesperson for Salik.

With the eWallet system integration, Salik and Parkonic aim to improve operational efficiency and user convenience, setting a new benchmark for digital payment solutions in parking services across the region. This collaboration is anticipated to lead to more initiatives of this kind in the future.
