The UAE celebrated a proud moment on the eve of its National Day as local rider Mohammed Al Balooshi clinched his third FIM Bajas World Cup title after a thrilling competition at the Dubai International Baja 2024.

This event wrapped up the season finale for the global off-road series, featuring both bikes and cars racing through the Dubai desert. On the motorbike side, Poland’s Konrad Dabrowski claimed victory in the race, but Al Balooshi’s second-place finish was enough to secure him the championship title.

In the car category, Portugal’s Joao Ferreira won the FIA World Baja Cup title after securing second place in the event. Qatar’s Nasser Al Attiyah, a seasoned competitor, earned his 13th Dubai win following an intense desert showdown.

With the 2024 season coming to a close, this final Baja event offered nail-biting battles across multiple categories, making it an unforgettable conclusion to the FIA and FIM World Cup seasons.
