Storm Darragh Causes Chaos Across the UK: Thousands Without Power, Trains Disrupted, and Heavy Rain Persists

Storm Darragh has unleashed chaos across the UK, with heavy rains and strong winds wreaking havoc, leaving thousands of homes without power and travel severely disrupted.
