Abu Dhabi Prosecution Unveils Smart Services in Zero-Bureaucracy Drive

Abu Dhabi Prosecution has officially unveiled a smart services package to support the emirate’s innovative “Zero Bureaucracy” project, which aims to streamline legal processes and improve public access to judicial services.

These digital services are now available on the Judicial Department’s website and mobile app, providing customers with easy, paperless solutions for duties such as case enquiries, legal documents, and service tracking – all without the need to visit a government office.

The project is part of a larger strategy to reduce red tape, save time, and increase openness in the legal system. Authorities anticipate that embracing sophisticated technologies would allow them to better serve both people and legal professionals.

Officials emphasised that this decision demonstrates Abu Dhabi’s commitment to digital transformation and user-centric government, resulting in a speedier, better, and more accessible justice system for all.
