Now, cricket fans in Pakistan will have a reason to smile after all because the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced tickets to the much-awaited Champions Trophy at price points that won’t hurt pockets. Starting at an economical Rs1,000, tickets to matches in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi, the board even promised “decent” ones would be available.

Keeping ticket prices low is one decision the PCB took to ensure that cricket becomes more accessible to the masses. Given that Pakistan has been hosting matches after a long gap, this initiative will likely fill the stadiums with enthusiastic supporters, thus generating an electric atmosphere for both players and spectators.

Though ticket prices for Dubai matches are still not announced, Pakistan fans are getting ready to grab their spot in local venues for the games. The Champions Trophy is going to be a great cricketing show, and this move of PCB is expected to get full appreciation as it prioritizes inclusivity and affordability.
