Dh350 to Sponsor Qurbani, Hajj by Proxy for Dh3,000

With Eid Al Adha around the corner, UAE-based charitable institutions have come up with low-cost alternatives for citizens to perform their religious duties. For only Dh350, residents of the UAE can offer sacrificial meat (Qurbani), which will be donated to needy families both locally and abroad. This move provides a platform for even those on a tight budget to join the mood of giving during this sacred festival.

In addition, proxy Hajj (Hajj Badal) is available for Dh3,000, where individuals can undertake the pilgrimage on their behalf if relatives are unable to take the trip by reason of illness, age, or other limitations. This option is especially significant for families who want to pay homage to deceased relatives or who are physically incapable of doing the trip themselves.

The campaigns are guided by sanctioned humanitarian organizations to guarantee total compliance with Islamic teachings and transparency in carrying out donations and pilgrimage rituals. Donors are confirmed after their Qurbani or Hajj is accomplished.

These alternatives enable residents to partake in the real spirit of Eid Al Adha—charity, sacrifice, and compassion—without logistical challenges, giving it less of a process to exert efforts to reach the needy and connect with spiritual obligations.
