Dhanush and his legal representatives have accused the filmmakers of violating intellectual property rights by incorporating scenes from “Maari” without authorization. Dhanush’s legal team has filed a civil lawsuit against the producers of the documentary, seeking an injunction to halt further distribution of the film and demanding compensation for the alleged infringement of rights. Nayanthara’s Involvement:
Although the dispute mainly concerns Dhanush, it has also raised questions about Nayanthara’s role in the documentary.
