Telecom operator du is celebrating the 53rd UAE National Day by offering free data to its customers. This exciting offer is part of a range of exclusive promotions running from November 28 to December 4.

Free Data for Postpaid Customers

All postpaid users can enjoy 53GB of free national data valid for seven days. The free data will be automatically added to your plan—no activation is needed. However, this offer will only be available until December 4, 2023.

Free Data for Prepaid Customers

Prepaid users can also get 53GB of free data, but it requires subscribing to or switching to a Flexi Yearly Plan. Here are the key details:

  • The free data will be valid for 12 months from the date you claim it.
  • Customers have up to 30 days after activating their Flexi Yearly Plan to redeem the offer via the du app.
  • The offer will expire if not claimed within this period.

Steps to Redeem the Free Data for Prepaid Users

Follow these steps to claim your free data:

  1. Sign Up for the Flexi Yearly Plan: Subscribe as a new customer or switch your current plan to the Flexi option. You can do this via the du app or by dialing *111*100#.
  2. Redeem the Free Data on the Du App:
    • Log in to the du app.
    • Go to Buy Bundle > Special Offers.
    • Select Free 53GB offer and tap on Redeem.

Don’t Miss Out

Prepaid users must redeem the offer within 30 days of activation. After this period, the option will no longer be available in the app. For postpaid customers, the free data will remain active until December 4.
