Commuters who frequently use the intercity bus services between Dubai and Abu Dhabi should take note of significant route changes during the Eid Al Etihad public holidays. On November 28, 2024, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai announced that bus routes E100 and E102 will be temporarily rerouted from November 29 to December 3, 2024.

Details of the Route Changes:
Route E100: This route, which usually departs from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, will now start from Ibn Battuta Bus Station, heading towards Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station.
Route E102: Instead of its regular starting point at Al Jafiliya Bus Station, this service will now begin at Ibn Battuta Bus Station and continue to Musaffah Shabiya Bus Station in Abu Dhabi. Additionally, this route will include stops at Zayed International Airport.
How to Prepare:
Online Ticket Booking: Commuters are encouraged to book their tickets in advance through the RTA’s official website or mobile app to ensure a hassle-free travel experience.
Plan Your Journey: The modified routes may affect travel times, so passengers should plan their trips accordingly and allow extra time for possible delays.
These temporary changes are designed to accommodate the increased demand for transportation during the Eid Al Etihad holidays and to provide better access to key locations. Commuters are advised to stay informed about any further announcements from the RTA and adjust their travel plans as necessary.
