The world’s largest gathering of futurists returns November 19-20.
Dubai Future Forum 2024 will be the third Dubai Future Forum. It has become the world’s biggest gathering of futurists as well as an organizing project by Dubai Future Foundation. The event will happen under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
The event, is going to see participation of more than 2,500 futurists and experts from more than 100 countries. The forum will also offer insights from approximately 100 prominent foresight institutions across the world. This will be the third Dubai Future Forum. His Excellency Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Managing Director of DFF, said that the mission of the forum is to inspire transformative discussions on the future, address global challenges, and foster partnerships. It has become a leading platform for strategizing across critical sectors and launching initiatives for technology.
Five Central Themes for 2024
The 2024 forum, under different themes such as Futuring Nature, Empowering Generations, Transforming Humanity, Optimizing Health, and Foresight Insights. These themes will tell about energy and food security issues, including machine intelligence. The forum tells about the expansion of the digital economy to space exploration biomedicine, and others. Among 70 panel discussions and workshops and a speech or two by leaders and other visionaries attending the function, the general idea remains to shape and build that sustainable future ahead.
There will also be Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity, with 100 prototype experiments. this theme was endorsed by an AED 100 million. This forum helps to boost innovation and position of Dubai as a global innovation hub.
