Dubai Police confiscated a car and issued severe fines following an unbelievable video of a child driving a moving vehicle while seated on the driver’s lap. The episode, which occurred on Dubai roads, raised serious doubts about child endangerment and road safety. The driver, whose name has not been revealed, now risks a Dh2,000 fine, 23 black points on their license, and the vehicle being seized immediately. Authorities emphasize that putting a child in charge of a moving car, even for a second, is a breach of UAE traffic regulations and a serious threat to all road users.
